All pots are individually hand made and so slight variations can occur in the size , shape or colour within , for example, a set of mugs or cups etc. Matt will choose a set which are as best a match as possible. Photographs on this website reflect as accurately as possible each pot .


Matt aims to dispatch retail orders within 2-5 working days . If Matt is away, he will contact the customer to discuss the earliest delivery date possible.


Payment for orders is via PayPal


Delivery is included in the cost of the order. Orders are sent via Royal Mail second class. For overseas orders, contact Matt who will send a postage quote.


If you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Matt within 7 days of your purchase arriving, to ask for a refund. To return the purchase, pack it in the same way that it arrived to you. The customer is responsible for the cost of returns, unless they are faulty. Items damaged in return post will not be refunded. Refunds cannot be offered for items which have been used or damaged.
